Invasive Plants
The Central Kootenay Invasive Species Society (CKISS) delivers the Area A Noxious Weed Control Program on behalf of the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB).
This tax-funded program provides fair and equitable invasive plant control services to eligible private landowners on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligible landowners may receive up to half a day of treatment per year on one property.
